西九到現時為止，一直依靠一種未來式書寫而存在，未來式書寫是这作品對話的外相

娘要嫁人，天要下雨，西九罪惡城阻不了！
這是一個為未來西九落成後準備的逃生計劃，你知道真正的罪惡是什麼？就是警察都不會管的可怕事，西九落成那天，天會降一場大雨，把十年要下的雨一晚落下，為免連累街坊，藝術家程展緯會籌建一艘挪亞方舟，將所有會浮的東西都聚集一起，請大家做好準備。

Mothers are remarrying, it’s gonna rain, the West Kowloon Criminal District is unstoppable! This is an escape plan designed for the future WKCD, do you know what is truly evil? It is something that even the cops do not care about. One the day WKCD is completed, there will be a storm of the century. In order to rescue the neighbors, artist Luke Ching will prepare a Noah’s Ark by connecting everything that floats. Everyone, please be prepared.
